| Description | Do you work in the early childhood education field? Are you stressed? Burnt out? This training is for early childhood educators who need strategies to boost their health and wellness. Participants will define burnout syndrome in current health and safety trends and identify what aspects of the workplace add to that built up stress. Participants will recognize and discuss occupational components that contribute to burnout. Participants will identify strategies to avoid burnout |

| Important Enrollment Information Cancellation Policy We only issue refunds if the Promise Resource Center cancels the class. If you need to cancel, you must call the Resource Center 24 hours in advance, and we will gladly give you a credit for another class. Please note new policy: credit for cancelled classes must be used to attend another class within 60 days of the cancellation or it is forfeited. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for CPR and First Aid and Medication Administration or your payment will be forfeited and no credits will be issued. The Promise Resource Center reserves the right to cancel a class for low enrollment. You will receive a call or email notifying you of the cancellation. Your money can be refunded or transferred to another class. The Promise Resource Center follows the College of Southern Maryland’s inclement weather cancellation schedule. |
